Seamless and Welded pipes and tubes are some of our products which are manufactured in European well-known factories in hot or cold drawn production processes.
These pipes and tubes are manufactured according to API, ASTM, ANSI and DIN standards for Oil, Gas & Petrochemical, Water, Energy, Chemical applications.
The material of pipes and tubes are C.S., S.S. or Special alloys according to ANSI dimensional standards or customer requirements from outside diameter 1/8" to 80" or more as per customer requirement according to API 5L, API 5CT, ANSI B36.10/19, BS1600, A333/A334 in both seamless and welded types.
We are able to supply tubes for Boiler and heat exchanger applications with precise outside diameter, wall thickness and length according to DIN 17175, ASTM A106, A192/A200/ A209/ A210/ A335 standards.
Welded pipes are made in several kind of processes and techniques such as Submerged Arc Welding (SAW), High Frequency Welding (HF), Electric Resistance welding (ERW), Plasma Arc Welding (PAW), Spiral welding and etc.
We also serve to test our products with several methods such as Hydrostatic test, Dye Penetrate test, X-Ray test, Ultrasonic test, PMI test, and etc. in our quality control departments.
Coating and lining procedure on pipes internally and/or externally to protect pipes with Polyethylene (PE), Epoxy Powders, Epoxy Resins, Tar, Bituminous, Ruber, PTFE or other polymers are also available.
